Luhut is currently the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment of the Republic of Indonesia. He was appointed as Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs from 27 July 2016 to 20 Oktober 2019, as Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs from 12 August 2015 to 27 July 2015, and he was also appointed as the Presidential Chief of Staff by President Joko Widodo on 31 December 2014. Luhut also hold cabinet-rank office as Minister for Industry and Trade in the cabinet under the late President Abdurrahman Wahid. He was Indonesian Ambassador to Singapore in 2000.

Bambang Supriyanto is currently the Director General of Social Forestry and Environmental Partnership at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Indonesia. Previously, he held a number of leadership positions in the Ministry including Head of Planning Bureau, Director of Research and Development for Social Economic Forest Policy and Climate Change Center, and Director of Utilization of Environmental Services of Conservation Forest.
In addition to his government post, Supriyanto is also National Coordinator for WWF Indonesia, and Indonesian Coordinator for Asian Raptor Research and Conservation Network (ARRCN). Djauhari Oratmangun

Indonesia Ambassador to China

Ambassador Djauhari Oratmangun is currently the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to the People's Republic of China and accredited to Mongolia. Before assuming his current position, he was the Senior Advisor on Strategic Issues to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

Previously he was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to the Russian Federation and accredited to the Republic of Belarus (2012- 2016). He had served as the Deputy Minister for ASEAN Cooperation/SOM Leader ASEAN-Indonesia(2009-2011), as well as the Ambassador/Permanent Representative of Indonesia (Ad Interim) to ASEAN (2009-2010), and the Deputy Chief of Mission and Charge d’Affaires of the Indonesian Embassy in the Hague (2004-2009).

He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in 1984 and was posted at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Indonesia in New York (1986-1990 and 1997-2001) and at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Indonesia in Geneva (1993-1997). He became the Director for Multilateral Economic Cooperation (2001-2002) and was appointed as the Director for United NationsEconomic, Development, and Environmental Affairs(2002-2004), both at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.Ambassador Oratmangun has represented Indonesia in various Regional and International Conferences/ Forums, as speaker and Head of Delegation.

Ambassador Oratmangun had completed his degree in Economics at the University of Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, in 1981. He is married to Sih Elsiwi Handayani Oratmangun with whom he has three children.

Professor Qiu has been a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences since 2013 and Professor of Chemistry since 2000. He is currently a Member of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress, Vice Chairman of Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee of the 13th National People's Congress and Deputy to the 13th National People's Congress.
Professor Qiu’s research interests primarily focus on organic electronics, optoelectronics, semiconductors, and organic light emitting materials and devices. He has been devoted to both the fundamental research on Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLED) and technology transfer.

Li received his Ph.D. from the Department of Thermal Engineering at Tsinghua University in 1994. Before returning to Tsinghua University, he worked as an engineer for three years in the Harbin Turbine Works. He joined the faculty of Thermal Engineering at the end of 1994, and became a full professor in 2000, then recognized as Cheung Kong Scholar Professor in 2008. He received his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1997,then joined the faculty of the psychology department of University of California at Berkeley. Bin Ru has over 20 years of experience in Sales and Operations, and has driven successful sales strategies and operational improvements with multiple MNCs and startups. She was the Regional Sales Director for One Commercial Partner and Small, Mid-market Corporate Customers for Southeast Asia at Microsoft.

Mr. Ziwang XU was a Goldman Sachs Group Partner, a board member of its Asia LLC as well as its China head for almost 10 years till 2005 before becoming its advisory director. Prior to that he was a principal at Morgan Stanley with remarkable accomplishments including the establishment of CICC. He is board vice chairman of China Dunhuang Research and Conservation Foundation, among several other board responsibilities. He is one of two co-founders of Xi Wai International School since 2005, a bilingual K-12 school in Shanghai. He is a rotating president of Shanghai Entrepreneur Association (SEA), and a master mentor of its Dashang Business School. He’s also a co-founder and master mentor of Dacheng Institute for the next generations of China's leading business families. Mr. Xu was sent to countryside for re-education during the cultural revolution and was among the first-class students admitted after universities was reopened in China. He holds several degrees and program certificates from universities including ECNU, Fudan, Harvard and Tufts.
