Luhut Panjaitan

Luhut is currently the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment of the Republic of Indonesia. He was appointed as Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs from 27 July 2016 to 20 Oktober 2019, as Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs from 12 August 2015 to 27 July 2015, and he was also appointed as the Presidential Chief of Staff by President Joko Widodo on 31 December 2014. Luhut also hold cabinet-rank office as Minister for Industry and Trade in the cabinet under the late President Abdurrahman Wahid. He was Indonesian Ambassador to Singapore in 2000.

Bambang Supriyanto is currently the Director General of Social Forestry and Environmental Partnership at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Indonesia. Previously, he held a number of leadership positions in the Ministry including Head of Planning Bureau, Director of Research and Development for Social Economic Forest Policy and Climate Change Center, and Director of Utilization of Environmental Services of Conservation Forest.
In addition to his government post, Supriyanto is also National Coordinator for WWF Indonesia, and Indonesian Coordinator for Asian Raptor Research and Conservation Network (ARRCN). Additionally he works with IUCN, CIFOR, Indonesia-Finland Cooperation, Gede Pahala, Raptor Sanctuary, and Tropical Forest Conservation Act II for Borneo.

彭凯平教授现任清华大学社会科学院院长、心理学系主任、校学术委员会委员。彭教授是清华大学心理学系、清华幸福技术实验室和中国积极心理学协会的创始人。1997年，他在美国密西根大学安娜堡分校获得社会心理学博士学位，随后进入加州大学伯克利分校心理学系任教并获终身教职。彭教授出版了12本关于文化、社会和积极心理学的书籍和相关论文400多篇. 曾是2007年全球范围内论文被引用最多的年轻社会心理学家。彭教授还曾荣获2015年中国十佳教师、2016年中国健康行业年度人物、2015年以来全球论文被引用最多的中国心理学家等称号。

TANG Wenzhe is a Professor of School of Civil Engineering, and Deputy Head of Construction Management Dept., Tsinghua University. He has obtained his Bachelor degree in hydropower engineering from Tsinghua University, China, and has completed his PhD in engineering management from The University of Melbourne, Australia. He has published more than 100 papers in both international and domestic reputed journals such as Energy, Renewable Energy, Nature, Sustainability, Natural Hazards, International Journal of Project Management, Journal of Management in Engineering-ASCE, Journal of Construction Engineering and Management-ASCE, Journal of Performance of Constructed Facilities-ASCE, Journal of Professional Issues in Engineering Education and Practice-ASCE, Journal of Asian Architecture and Building Engineering, and Complexity. He has been serving as Board Member of Yangtze River Management Association, and had been Chairman of the “International Conference on Energy Engineering and Environmental Protection 2017, 2019”. Dr. Andrew Steer is the President and CEO of the World Resources Institute. Dr. Steer joined WRI from the World Bank, where he served as Special Envoy for Climate Change from 2010 - 2012. From 2007 to 2010, he served as Director General at the UK Department of International Development (DFID) in London. This followed 10 years in East Asia, where he was Head of the World Bank in Vietnam and Indonesia.

Christiana Figueres

Christiana Figueres is an internationally recognized leader on climate change. She was Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change from 2010 to 2016, where she oversaw the delivery of the historic Paris Agreement. Today she is the co-founder of Global Optimism, co-host of the podcast “Outrage & Optimism” and is the co-author of the recently published book, “The Future We Choose: Surviving the Climate Crisis.”

Dominic Waughray

Dominic holds a Degree (Hons) in Geography from Cambridge University and a Master's in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from University College London. From 1994-98, he was Senior Scientific Officer, Natural Environment Research Council Institute of Hydrology for the UK Civil Service. From 1998-2005, he was Managing Partner of Environmental Resources Management. More recently, he served as Senior Director, Head of Environmental Initiatives, World Economic Forum, where he was responsible for the agenda on environment and sustainability issues, including events (Annual Meeting in Davos and regional meetings), analysis and initiatives (multistakeholder projects). His focus areas include resource scarcity (water-food-energy linkages); water security; climate change and green investment; sustainable production and consumption.

He is an International Fellow, IIED; Associate Fellow, Royal Institute of International Affairs; Trustee, The Climate Group, an international NGO; Vice-Chair, Water Resources Group Executive Committee, an international public-private partnership on water hosted by the World Bank Group; and a Member, UNFCCC Momentum for Change Advisory Panel, an initiative to select and showcase the world's most promising climate change mitigation and adaptation projects.

Fitrian Ardiansyah is Indonesia Country Director at IDH-The Sustainable Trade Initiative.
He has more than 18 years working experience in the field of ecological and environmental economics, natural resource management, integrated spatial and land use planning, sustainable commodities, sustainable forest management as well as climate change and energy. He is also a board member of Partnership for Indonesia’s Sustainable Agriculture (PISAgro), a regional committee member for Tropical Forest Alliance 2020/World Economic Forum (TFA2020/WEF) in Southeast Asia and a core-group member of International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)’s Commission on Ecosystem Management (CEM).

Guido Schmidt-Traub

Dr. Guido Schmidt-Traub is Executive Director of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network. Guido leads the SDSN’s policy work, including on long-term pathways for sustainable land-use and food systems, financing for development, and the SDG Index and Dashboards. He serves on the Governing Council of Future Earth and other advisory bodies. Previously, Guido was CEO of Paris-based CDC Climat Asset Management, an investment company regulated by the French financial markets regulator; climate change advisor to the Africa Progress Panel secretariat; and Director and Partner at South Pole Carbon Asset Management in Zurich.

Mr. Moreira da Silva is since 1st November 2016 the Director of the Development Co-operation Directorate (DCD) at OECD.
From 2013 to 2015, he was Portugal’s Minister of Environment, Energy and Spatial Planning. Prior to this Ministerial position, Mr. Moreira da Silva served as Senior Environmental Finance Advisor and Programme Manager on Climate Change Innovative Finance at UNDP’s Bureau for Development Policy (2009-2012); Senior Advisor to the President of Portugal (2006-2009); Secretary of State for Science and Higher Education (2003-2004); Secretary of State for Environment and Spatial Planning (2004-2005); Member of the Portuguese Parliament (1995-99; 2005-2006; 2015-16); and Member of the European Parliament (1999-2003). As Member of the European Parliament, he was the Standing Draftsman on climate change and he authored the Report and the political agreement on the EU GHG Emissions Trading Directive in 2003.

Mari Pangestu is the World Bank Managing Director of Development Policy and Partnerships. In this role, which she assumed on March 1, 2020, Ms. Pangestu provides leadership and oversees the research and data group of the World Bank (DEC), the work program of the World Bank’s Global Practice Groups, and the External and Corporate Relations function.
Ms. Pangestu joins the Bank with exceptional policy and management expertise, having served as Indonesia’s Minister of Trade from 2004 to 2011 and as Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy from 2011 to 2014.

Meizani Irmadhiany

Appointed Director at RLU in 2015, Meizani oversees Sustainability and Business Development. Born in Jakarta in 1985, Meizani graduated from University of Minnesota with a double degree BA in Political Science and Global Studies with Certificate of Distinction as a Community Engagement Scholar.
She started her career in human rights and post-disaster relief activities, including working for the International Labor Organization (ILO). Her career in the Barito Pacific Group started in 2008, when she joined Star Energy Geothermal. In 2012, she was entrusted with the position of General Manager of Business Development at Barito Pacific.

Peter A. Seligmann is the Chairman of the Board and Founder of Conservation International, a global nonprofit organization that he co-founded in 1987. Peter serves on the advisory council for the Jackson Hole Land Trust and is a Director at First Eagle Holdings, Inc. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and served on the Coca-Cola Company's International Advisory Committee from 2011-2014. Peter was also named to the Enterprise for the America's Board by President Clinton in 2000.

Aaron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University.

Alissa Wahid

Alissa Wahid is a trained family psychologist, but is most recognised for her work in the social sector on multiculturalism, democracy and human rights and moderate Muslim movements in Indonesia. She currently focuses on leadership development for interreligious youth leaders.

Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti

Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti is a senior advisor to the Minister of National Development Planning for Economy and Financing at the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, Republic of Indonesia. She started her career in the Ministry since 1999 at Directorate of Industry, Trade, and Tourism. She was assigned as a Deputy Director for Trade in 2006 and appointed as Director for Trade, Investment and International Economic Cooperation in November 2011 until July 2016. She was then assigned as a Director of Macroeconomic Planning and Statistics Analysis in July 2016 until February 2018, before being promoted to her current position.

She obtained her PhD degree in economics from the University of Melbourne Australia in 2005 with her thesis of Inflation Targeting Framework in Emerging Economies. Her strong interest is in macroeconomic issues, trade and economic development as well as economic modeling and analysis has encouraged her to put her strong intention on economic policy research for Indonesia.

Andre Uhl

Andre Uhl is a PhD candidate at Harvard University and co-founder of the Council on Extended Intelligence, a trisector working group hosted at the IEEE Standards Association and MIT to promote principles of participatory design, citizen-centric data agency and metrics of wellbeing for the development of autonomous and intelligent systems. His dissertation - Extended Intelligence: Awareness-Based Interventions into the Ecology of Autonomous and Intelligent Systems - explores the ethics and governance of Artificial Intelligence through the lens of cross-cultural complexity and the posthuman predicament of climate change.

Andre received an MA from Tokyo University of the Arts, Japan, and a BA from FU Berlin, Germany. He is alumnus of the ‘Studienstiftung’ German National Academic Foundation and the ‘MEXT’ fellowship program of the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

Elim Chew is the Founder and President of 77th Street (S) Pte Ltd, a streetwear fashion and accessories retail brand in Singapore. She also co‐founded a social impact business – FastFast, an app providing fast, on demand delivery services to consumers within 90 minutes, while giving a source of income for people who need it.

With passion in the entertainment industry, she joined as a shareholder of BMBX, a company amplifying Southeast Asia’s music and culture. She sits on more than 20 boards and committees of public service, youth and community organisations such as MINDEF (ACCORD), Kaplan Advisory Board and Social Lab Ltd. Elim recently launched her new Youtube Channel, which features changemakers around the world who are making a positive impact to society and have an inspiring story to share. As a mentor and friend to many youths and aspiring entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs, Elim inspires and encourages all to be ‘changemakers’ in their own fields.

Elim is humbled by awards for both her entrepreneurial and philanthropic efforts, such as Most Promising Woman Entrepreneur in 2001 by the Singapore Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Montblanc Businesswoman of the Year 2002, Young Woman Achiever 2003 by Singapore Press Holdings and Singapore Promising Brand Award 2004. She is honoured as a Forbes Asia Hero of Philanthropy 2010 and early 2011, she received the Responsible Leadership Award and the Community Engagement Award from the Asia Responsible Entrepreneurship Awards 2010 and the Outstanding Young Singaporean Award 2011 – Commendation. Elkhonon Goldberg, Ph.D., is an author, scientist, educator, and clinician, internationally renowned for his clinical work, research, writings and teaching in neuropsychology and cognitive neuroscience. He is a Clinical Professor of Neurology at New York University School of Medicine. Diplomate of The American Board of Professional Psychology in Clinical Neuropsychology and Director of Luria Neuroscience Institute. A student and close associate of the great neuropsychologist Alexandr Luria, Elkhonon Goldberg has continued and advanced his scientific and clinical tradition.

Ms. Salim has spent more than 30 years in the finance and banking sector. Most recently, she served as Vice CEO of PT Bank Negara Indonesia, one of Indonesia’s largest state banks (2004-2015). During the Asian Crisis in the late nineties, she was the Deputy Chairperson of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency and Head of the Secretariat for the Financial Sector Policy Committee. Her experience in the finance and banking sector additionally includes Citibank N.A. (1983-1991), Vice President of PT Jardine Fleming Nusantara (1991-1993), and Managing Director of The Jakarta Stock Exchange (1994-1999).

She participates actively in policy studies and reviews for various business sectors through advisory and board roles of Indonesian Services Dialogue, ISEI Jakarta, the Indonesian Economists Association Jakarta Chapter, and as Expert Council for Barra Risk Management. Her commitment to sustainability has also led to seats in advisory and governing boards of the Blue Abadi Fund, Bird’s Head Seascape, the AndGreen Fund, Liberia and Brazil, and Ecoregions International.

Sir Gordon studied Medicine at Oxford University (St Peter’s College, Open Scholarship) and St Thomas's Hospital, London University, where he also gained a PhD in thermoregulation and fever. Following postgraduate medical training including at the Hammersmith Hospital, London, he held research posts at Yale Medical School (Infectious Diseases and Pathology Depts) and the Howard Hughes Institute of Molecular Immunology at Yale. He joined Edinburgh Medical School in 1984, heading the Molecular Immunology Group. Ian de Cruz is the Global Director of P4G, Partnering for Green Growth and Global Goals 2030, a new initiative to support innovative public-private partnerships that advance the new economy. He leads efforts to bring together global government, business, and civil- society organizations to grow game-changing partnerships to supply humanity’s greatest needs: food, water, shelter, energy, and sustainable use of resources. Ian directs P4G’s Global Hub from World Resources Institute’s headquarters in Washington DC.

Prior to joining P4G, Ian worked at the Global Commission on the Economy and Climate, serving as Deputy Director of Global Strategy and Partnerships. In this role, he co-led the strategic direction, vision, work program, and funding strategy for the organization, and directed engagement with a network of more than 100 organizations. He has also co-led the integration of climate change within core humanitarian and development work of World Vision, one of the world’s largest international non-government organisations working in nearly 100 countries which included working on a large-scale forestry project for carbon markets in Africa. Ian has also helped shape large complex commercial transactions of public private partnership projects in infrastructure in Australia in the energy, resources, transport and urban planning sectors. Trained as a lawyer, Ian has held management positions in Australian government departments.

Satu Kähkönen

Satu Kahkonen is the World Bank Country Director for Indonesia and Timor-Leste, joining the position in February 2020 and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Ms. Kahkonen oversees the Bank’s program in the two countries and leads policy dialogue with government counterparts, civil society and other partners.

Prior to this position, she was the World Bank Country Director for Belarus, Moldova, and Ukraine. She had also served as Director of the Macroeconomics and Fiscal Management Global Practice at the World Bank Group, where she oversaw the work of the Practice in Europe and Central Asia, East Asia and Pacific, as well as South Asia. She was a Sector Manager in the Poverty Reduction and Economic Management unit. The cluster focused on economic policy management and covered 18 countries of the East and South East Europe—new EU Member States and Western Balkans—as well as select Eurozone countries.

Preceding that, she worked as a Lead Economist in South Asia, East and South East Europe, and Africa in the World Bank. In that role, she led a team which provided economic policy advice and technical expertise to multiple countries including Pakistan, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Uganda.

Before joining the World Bank, Ms. Kahkonen was part of the faculty of the University of Maryland and Associate Director of the Center for Institutional Reform and the Informal Sector (IRIS), a think tank affiliated with the Department of Economics and headed by the late Professor Mancur Olson.

Ms. Kahkonen is the author of three books on economic development, and has published numerous economic reports and research papers. Ms. Kahkonen holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied as a Fulbright Scholar, and an M.Sc. from the Helsinki School of Economics.
